INSURANCE: BigE carries General Liability Insurance. This is not mandatory by law and most independent contractors do not even carry insurance, which can cost you in the long run.
PAYMENT TERMS: We are flexible with our payment schedule and will work with you to fit your schedule.
WARRANTY: BigE offers a two year warranty on new roof labor and one year warranty on repairs. Additionally, the material is warranted by the manufacturer. The length of the manufacturer warranty depends upon the material installed.
QUALITY CONTROL: BigE has a full time Supervisor and Field Manager to ensure that each project is completed with the utmost quality.
TIMELY REPAIRS: BigE diligently strives to complete all repairs in a satisfactory time frame.
WE ARE HERE FOR YOU: Our phones are answered 24 hours a day for your convenience. If YOU have an emergency, we are always on call.
